June 13, 2008 - I’ve updated the pages on all of the stations east of Gordonsville (including Gordonsville), primarily with new maps.

May 21, 2008 - I’ve updated the pages on all of the stations west of Gordonsville, primarily with new maps.

April 26, 2008 - I’ve added new postcard images to the Washington Subdivision page. I also included a photo of my model of the bridge in Gordonsville on the My Layout page. Finally, there is certain information I’d really like to get. I’ve listed that on a new page called My Wish List.

December 28, 2007 - I’ve added new info and photos in several pages. See especially the Virginia Air Line, the Washington Subdivision, the North Anna Spur, and the Industry Focus pages.

December 18, 2007 - I’ve added a new postcard image to the Mineral page. I’ve also added new information on the Green Springs page.

November 25, 2007 - I’ve added a new postcard image to the Charlottesville page. I’ve also added information on and a photo of John Nees to the People of the Piedmont page. Finally, I added an in-progress shot of my model of the bridge in Gordonsville to the page on My Layout.

October 5, 2007 - Due to the huge volume of spam I was getting on my email address for this site, I’ve had to change that address. The new address is lzdaily@nospam.piedmontsub.com, but you’ll have to remove the nospam and the dot before piedmontsub.com. Sorry for any inconvenience.

November 20, 2006 - I recently received email from Bradley S. Hughes who provided information on several of his relatives. That info is now posted on the People of the Piedmont page.

July 1, 2006 - I recently received email from Mae Robinson DeLong (see the Virginia Air Line page). She provided information on several of her relatives which is now posted on the People of the Piedmont page. I'm also working on a new modeling project: detailing the Atlas C&O steel caboose. Here's a peek, just to whet your appetite.

April 10, 2006 - Many of the maps on the eastern end of the line have been updated and I'm continuing westward as fast as work will allow. The big update is an image of the C&O facility at Ferrandini.

December 1, 2005 - I added new photos to the My Layout and Buckner pages.

October 16, 2005 - Added new photos to the Other C&O Photos and Shadwell pages. I also added several new names to the People of the Piedmont page and some new info on the Hewlett page.

July 30, 2005 - Added new photos to the People of the Piedmont, Campbell, Details, and the Other C&O Photos pages.

March 16, 2005 - Over the next few days I’ll be adding new information, photos, and maps throughout the site and posting them as soon as they’re ready. So far, changes have been made on the Highland Park, Strawberry Hill, Chickahominy, Ellerson, Ashcake, Peake, Keswick, and Massie pages.

January 4, 2005 - I’ve added a new photo to the Other C&O Photos page. I’ve also added a Current Events page to the site. Information on the Buckingham Branch leasing of the Piedmont Sub can now be found there.

December 21, 2004 - There’s a new 1908 view of the business district on the Gordonsville page.

November 7, 2004 - There is new information and/or photos on a number of pages: Buckner, Campbell, Cobham, Doswell, Gordonsville, Green Spring, Keswick, Massie, Patton, Richmond, Rugby, Shadwell, Teman, Tyler, and Verdon.

August 3, 2004 - There are new photos on the Louisa and Gordonsville pages.

June 28, 2004 - There is new information or new photos on the Richmond, Louisa, Gordonsville, People of the Piedmont, and the Other C&O Photos pages. I also updated the Frederick Hall map.

March 16, 2004 - There’sa new image on the Louisa page.

January 25, 2004 - I’ve revised the page on My Layout to show some of the progress I’ve made. Roger Kirkpatrick identified the former C&O caboose in South Lyon; you can find that info on the Other C&O Photos page.

December 28, 2003 - There are a couple of new photos on the Gordonsville page (many thanks to O. B. Omohundro, Jr. and Garnett A. Taylor). There is also a new photo on the People of the Piedmont page (thanks to Robert V. Wine Jr.).
